What it addresses

The condition tells us where to focus.

Areas vulnerable to stone chips, road debris, light abrasion, and repeated impact during normal driving.

What it does not promise

Clear expectations matter.

Film can reduce paint damage but cannot prevent every impact, does not make panels indestructible, and may need replacement over time.

Visual result

Protection that should disappear into the car.

Well-installed PPF is designed to preserve vulnerable paint while remaining visually restrained, with careful alignment and clean finishing around panel edges.

The process

A controlled approach from inspection to protection.

Inspect panels

Check paint condition, panel edges, previous repairs, and areas that may need correction before film.

Prepare surfaces

Wash, decontaminate, and clean installation areas so the film can lay cleanly against the paint.

Install + align

Position the film with slip solution, remove trapped moisture and air, and conform it carefully to the panel.

Finish edges + inspect

Set edges, review alignment, check for contamination or lift, and explain the initial settling period.

Aftercare

Let the film settle before judging the final finish.

Small moisture pockets can take time to dissipate. Avoid aggressive washing around edges during the initial period and follow the installer’s care guidance.
